Long before Elevate Leadership Consulting was created, Heather Day wrote a simple personal mission statement:
“Compassionately guiding others to discover their wisdom and embrace their talents.”
Over the years, that statement became a quiet North Star for her work as a leader, facilitator, coach, and consultant.
We believe people possess more wisdom, capability, and potential than they often recognize in themselves. Our role is not to fix people. Our role is to create experiences that help people discover what is already within them, strengthen their capacity for growth, and create meaningful impact in their lives, workplaces, and communities.

Heather Day is the Founder of Elevate Leadership Consulting and brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, facilitation, coaching, and operations leadership.
Throughout her career, Heather has partnered with leaders, teams, municipalities, educational institutions, and organizations to strengthen leadership capability, improve team effectiveness, and create meaningful learning experiences that inspire lasting change.
Her approach combines practical leadership strategies with emotional intelligence, self-leadership, coaching methodologies, and adult learning principles to create development experiences that are both heart-centered and results-focused.
Her work is grounded in a belief that leadership is a life skill, not a title, and that meaningful growth begins with self-leadership.
